Steve Erickson is a brilliant out of the box thinker. He excels at designing innovative solutions to complex business problems. One of his greatest strengths is being able to understand what the customer is trying to achieve, envision the big picture goal, and then break it into manageable projects or phases that allow the customer to see progress while still maintaining their day-to-day workload.
Steve founded Front Line Systems over 30 years ago. His experience in sales and operations combined with the experience of founding a manufacturing startup gave him an in-depth understanding of the accounting department as well as warehouse operations. He especially enjoys working with small and mid-sized businesses; helping them dream for the future and grow their businesses in ways that make sense for them and their industry.
Leveraging software and technologies in all these pursuits and being able to explain those technologies to everyone in the organization has been the hallmark of Front Line Systems.

Elizabeth Crandall, Business Manager, Front Line Systems, DC Office
Elizabeth Crandall has worked in the Front Line Systems DC team since 2007. Elizabeth received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington & Lee University. Prior to working at the Front Line Systems, DC Office, Elizabeth worked as a Financial and Systems Auditor for Price Waterhouse. She then worked as a Software Development Manager for MCI, where she ran national and global teams of developers, adhering to end to end development life cycles. Elizabeth worked closely with Marketing & Sales to architect and build billing and reporting solutions for the company’s biggest clients.
An excellent systems auditor, Elizabeth is proficient at recognizing business problems and designing solutions. An asset to any team, Elizabeth’s rare skill set allows her to understand customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system developers. Elizabeth enjoys talking to her clients at all levels and understanding their goals. Elizabeth is extremely organized and skilled at staying on point. She says that the best part of her job is the post-implementation phase on large projects. To her, there is nothing more satisfying than the culmination of months of work in providing the client with new solutions that they can use to improve their business.
Today, Elizabeth splits her focus between large project design, implementation & training; and managing the DC office team to ensure client support needs are met.

Sue Herrmann, Senior Lead Consultant, Front Line Systems
Sue Herrmann has been working for Front Line Systems for over 20 years. She wears a lot of hats at Front Line Systems, but her favorite role is to help customers determine a faster, easier, more efficient way to do business. Creating a report that helps them quickly analyze their bottom line, using Iman to automate a tedious or time-consuming process, or designing a solution to alleviate a procedural pain point, brings her a lot of satisfaction.
Sue is passionate about helping customers find solutions – whether that’s coming up with a creative way to handle a seemingly impossible task, navigating them through the implementation of a new software or project managing a large upgrade. Her goal is always to decrease the client’s stress and increase their overall satisfaction with how their systems are running.

Mike has been with Front Line Systems for over 7 years and worked as a Sage CRM technical specialist prior.
